“The transaction monitoring and case management features work well together; it's easier to track flagged activity from alert through to resolution without things falling through the cracks.
The ability to block fraudulent parties and prevent outflows to those accounts has been really valuable. It gives us a layer of control that directly protects our customers and us.
Overall, the experience has been mostly positive. Like any tool, there are areas where we would love to see improvements, but the core functionality does what it needs to do and the value is clear”.
